Despite that the podcast is not a new invention, the popularity of the podcasts in recent years has increased enormously. Research from 2017 has shown that about 112 million people in America of which 67 million monthly, listen to a podcast, in the UK it seems to be 4.7 million and in Netherlands, the figures are not yet known. Happily I’m a active podcast listener from Netherlands and I always love to share where I get my ‘aha’ moments from.
1. Oprah’s Super Soul conversations
Oprah’s Super Soul conversations is the very first podcast I listen to in the morning after I’ve done my morning routine. The magical conversations Oprah has with her guests offers you a lot of understanding, clarity and teaches us to use every obstacle we face in our life as a tool, to act and improve upon our life experiences.
2. The Gary Vee Audio Experience
If you need a boost in your career or business, Gary Vee is the man. He is straight forward and most importantly keeps it real. I love to listen to The Gary Vee Audio Experience during a break or in the evening, just for that extra motivation.
3. The Lifestyle Edit Podcast
After several years of working as a Fashion Editor at a big newspaper in London, Naomi Mdudu decided to resign and that’s when The Lifestyle Edit Podcast started. The Lifestyle Edit podcast shares inspiring stories of creative women, their business and the tools they have used to get to the next level. This podcast is definitely a must for young and creative entrepreneurs.
4. The Tai Lopez Show
I only really heard about Tai Lopez when my dear friend Nsimba Valene told me about his podcast. What I like the most about The Tai Lopez Show is how he openly shares the conversations about his own business. It makes you feel like you’re learning from a big brother that is now helping you to start your own.
